Yes. This is one of the main strengths of the model. Depending on your kitchen setup, you may be able to operate several complementary brands from one location.
Depending on the agreement, we can provide brand identity, menus, recipes, photos, platform assets, operational documents, marketing support, onboarding, supplier guidance and ongoing development.
Yes. We provide onboarding and operational support so partners can understand the recipes, preparation methods, product quality standards and platform setup.
Yes, each brand comes with its own recipes, preparation methods and quality standards to ensure consistency and protect the brand identity. You also receive detailed assembly sheets, ingredient guidelines and operational documentation for your kitchen team. Our system is supported by modern tools including AI-assisted inventory management and supplier ordering solutions through platforms such as Inpulse, helping operators simplify stock management, purchasing and daily operations. Local adjustments may be discussed when necessary, but they must be approved by Food Hero Group.
In some cases, yes, as long as product quality, consistency and specifications are respected. For some key ingredients, recommended or approved suppliers may be required.
Some brands include halal-friendly, vegetarian or vegan options depending on the concept and the local operator. Specific dietary information must always be confirmed with the operating restaurant or partner kitchen.
